Subject: Message for U.S. Citizens: 2015 U.S. Consulate General
Service Day in Toulouse
The U.S. Consulate General, in collaboration with
the American Presence Post in Toulouse, is pleased to announce off-site consular
service in 2015. Select consular services will be available in Toulouse on April
18, 2015.
Applicants for passports, report of births, and
notarials must schedule an appointment with the Consulate in advance. Appointments will be provided on a
first-come, first-served basis.
To request an appointment, please send an email to
citizeninfomarseille@state.gov as early as possible. Include in the subject of your email the
name of the person who will receive the service, and the type of service that
you are requesting (for example, “renewal of minor passports for three children”
or “notarization of six signatures”).
The deadline to request an appointment and
submit all of the documents and fees is Friday, April 3, 2013, two weeks prior
to the date of service. Please note that submission to the
Consulate of all applications, required documents and pre-payment by a postal
money order (mandat-cash) is required before we can confirm an appointment slot.
