HEARTFELT thanks to all the ladies who gave up part of their beautiful
Saturday
afternoon, on Valentine's Day, to participate in One Billion Rising,
and to make more Heart Pillows. We were joined by my friend Nella, from
Montferrier, who was the recipient of one of the first Heart Pillows we
made two years ago. She brought her pillow with her, and said she
still appreciates it. We completed 18 pillows before we ran out of
stuffing. Another 13 pillows are ready to be stuffed, so perhaps we can
arrange another afternoon one day soon. There will be more photos, of
the complete and colorful collection, when all the pillows have been
stuffed and stitched.
