The annual "new and old member's tea" provides an opportunity
for new members to meet others, and to learn more about the club from the
activity chairs. This year there was only one new member at the tea, and
only one activity chair, our hostess, Angela, who organizes the children's
activities, so we just spent the time chatting and enjoying the coffee, teas,
and the goodies on the refreshments table.
PeggyF took far more photos,
and will certainly share them. Chris M-B said she will share her recipe for the fougasse au fleur d'oranger. Many thanks to Angela for inviting us
to her lovely apartment in the new Malbosc quartier. And thank you to everyone
who bought FAWCO books, so I didn't have to haul them back to the
car.
