Katharine: A Fall feast at Cook&Eat

Caroline planned a splendid meal for a sunny Autumn day.     Our group of Robyn, Anne, Caroline, Deb, Sue Rou and Katharine C prepped all morning, but still had time to catch up one another's news. 

A starter - salad of arugula and spinach, with walnut oil & yoghurt dressing, with slivered pears and slivered parmesan, topped with foie gras. 
Pork tenderloin with a special sauce.  
A portion of pork with butternut squash flan, prepared in a ramekin


Desert:  Apple and quince tarte tatin
