Caroline planned a splendid meal for a sunny Autumn day. Our group of Robyn, Anne, Caroline, Deb, Sue Rou and Katharine C prepped all morning, but still had time to catch up one another's news.
A starter - salad of arugula and spinach, with walnut oil & yoghurt dressing, with slivered pears and slivered parmesan, topped with foie gras.
